Peter Ho together with Emma Young are Directors of PHOOEY Architects.
They are advocate/activists adapting to the urban heat island effect; aiming to create zero waste; & entertained by the sobriety of global warming.
Their tiny Children's Activity Centre project has received awards, exhibition & publication worldwide.
PHOOEY's work has been described as ... ugly ... fabulously whimsical ... a billboard for sustainability ... trash glamour ... postāfab ... engagingly strange ... eclectic magpies ... deadly serious about environmental awareness & social responsibility ...
Peter has had the privilege of working for Zaha Hadid in London, DCM in Hong Kong, Gregory Burgess and Edmond & Corrigan in Melbourne.
He recently presented at the AIA National Conference & coordinated sustainability subjects in architecture & construction management at RMIT. On ABC television, Peter was also a panelist on The New Inventors.
Peter enjoys building & using power tools.
